Not sure if any of you have heard of this by advertisement via television or word of mouth but I have now challenged myself to complete this 90 day extreme workout. My first night was last night and it kicked my butt. The entire 1st dvd was push-ups and pull-ups...and I'm not good at either. I'm use to being able to go to the gym and workout but with my schedule with work and my daughter it's just not working out that way anymore. So my alternative is workout at home and I've heard and read lots of good things about this. Let's just hope that I can stick with it for 90 days...we'll see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.

Monster Truck Nationals

We went to the Monster Truck show on Saturday night and had a big time. The first picture is the girls with one of the motorcycle stunt guys. We also had the opportunity to ride in the back of a monster truck. Talk about fun...those trucks go pretty fast and the guy even did donuts with us back there. All for $7.00 a person...can you believe that. A rip-off but fun for the girls.

You might be a redneck if your lawnmower goes faster than your vehicle. It was pretty funny watching the lawnmower guys race.

There was also quad racing between the MS team and the AL team. The MS team won. Yeah!!!

The big attraction of course was the monster trucks....roaring loud and crushing cars. Lots of adrenaline. This red on was our favorite....Bare Foot.

New Year's Eve 2008

We were able to celebrate New Year's Eve with the girls and my family. My aunt has a big family party with a huge fireworks display as you can see from the pictures. She does an awesome job with her gathering. You can see below, the girls were having fun with their New Year's celebration. They had their 2009 glasses on with hats and their champagne glass filled with...no NOT champagne...they took it a little light and went with some Dr. Pepper. Yes girls, you are not quite old enough for champagne yet but glad you were able to celebrate with momma. The only people we were missing for the celebration were my sister and Ryan. Missed you guys!

Christmas At Home

The kids had a wonderful Christmas and since I've not been real good at keeping this blog updated over the past couple of weeks I'm just going to post a few pictures from Christmas. My sister and Ryan were here for the week so that made it much better. The girls were really good this year because Santa brought them 4-wheelers.....yes 4-wheelers. They love them and I actually like it to. Hayes got a bunch of Army stuff that he absolutely loved. We also had the opportunity to meet a new Christmas friend....the Elf who has been named Icey. He was a fun friend to have during Christmas, hope he decides to visit again next year. My sister enjoyed reading the girls the story.

Christmas At Nana's

Nana got the kids some really cool toys for Christmas. I'm hoping Mad will let me borrow her scooter sometime.Meet Marley. She is my mom's new dog but this dog sits like a person and actually enjoys watching television. How funny is that.

Mal's and Hayes. They really didn't want to stop long enough for a photo moment. Go figure!

Snow Day

Our one day of snow. This is my house and we got a good bit of snow.Check out this snowball! Mad wasn't playing when she said she wanted to have a snowball fight.

Mad was so excited about the snow that she just jumped right in and the cold didn't phase her a bit.
Hey Mom, Do you think that I can catch some snow on my tongue?
Check out our cute little snowman. It's not often in Mississippi that you get to make a snowman.
